We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie/Cook for the coming summer season
REQUIREMENTS / PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:
- – Supporting the kitchen crew in the preparation and presentation of all dishes
- – Enjoy cooking and have a high level of quality awareness (regionality is very important to us!)
- – Written and spoken German an advantage
- – Completed training as a chef with sound food and product knowledge
- – Knowledge of HACCP guidelines | clean and economical working methods

- – Running your own station with debt collection
- – Food and beverage service, daily mise-en-place
- – Support and advice for our guests at the highest level
- – Proper use, care and cleaning of the equipment and materials used
- – We offer you a seasonal position, a permanent position for the whole year is also possible by arrangement
