General information

Your room or your suite will be ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM. For arrivals after 7:30 PM, we kindly request notification.

On the day of departure , the room is available until 10:30 am

Deposit only for winter bookings for stays from December to April.

After your reservation confirmation or online booking we ask for a deposit/transfer of € 250,00 per room.

**should the deposit amount exceed the total amount of your booking, we ask for at least a deposit of 50% of your booking amount.

**Payments are not refundable in case of cancellation

• for cancellations within the free period (up to 30 days before arrival) your deposit will be converted into a voucher and can be redeemed within 2 years

– in case of cancellations during the chargeable period, your deposit will be offset against the cancellation amount

The hotel does not have EV charging stations for cars. However, in the immediate vicinity of the Sendlhof, at the valley station of the Steinplatte gondola, there are 20 charging points with Type 2 connectors (4m cable, no socket).

Our hotel has double rooms that can be booked for single use. The single occupancy surcharge is € 20.00 – € 25.00 (depending on the season) per person and night .

Bicycle storage room (lockable) in our underground parking, for storing your brought bicycles.

Power connection available for charging e-bikes.

With the guest card from the PillerseeTal you receive numerous discounts and benefits at various service providers in the valley and the entire Kitzbüheler Alps. Use your guest card for a “car free journey”!

Do you travel without a car, by bus or train? Then we offer you the pre-check-in service. Via your booking confirmation you can enter your data and we will send you the link to the mobile guest card and you can already use it for your arrival. Dogs are welcome – but not in all rooms. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, restaurant, bar and wellness area. For each dog we charge € 20,00 per day without food. Please bring your own blanket and basket. If necessary, final cleaning will be charged additionally.

Discount for children (with at least 1 full-paying guest):
0 to the age of 3 € 15,- per child night
4 until the age of 6: 50%.
7 until the age of 12: 30%.

No child discount for children in “own room”.

For stays of 1 – 2 nights we charge a short stay supplement of € 10.00 – € 15.00 (depending on the season) per person and night

The local tax is € 2.80 per person per day (as of November 2024). It is not included in the price! Persons up to the end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 15 are not subject to the tax.

Free parking in front of the hotel or in our underground garage subject to availability.

Our reservation department is at your disposal daily from 08:00 to 18:00!

Exceptions during the company vacation.

A visit to our Swiss stone pine panorama sauna is included in the price – sauna times from 15:00 to 19:30 (subject to change).

During your stay you will have a sauna bagwith towels at your disposal. Bathrobes are not included, you can get them for a fee of € 10,- at the reception.

Our “Sendlhof Kulinarium” includes depending on booking (breakfast / half board) daily

from 07:30 – 10:00 our regional breakfast from the buffet

from 18:00 – 19:30 our 4-course dinner menu

Our WINTER cancellation conditions:

• – Within 7 days before arrival (100% of the total package price)
• – Within 14 days before arrival (90% of the total package price)
• – Within 21 days before arrival (70% of the total package price)
• – Within 30 days before arrival (30% of the total package price)
• – Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge!
• – in the event of late arrival early departure, we charge the entire booking amount = 100% cancellation costs of the stay

Even if you don’t want it, something can always come up when you go on vacation. In this case, you can take out travel cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung.

The Sendlhof Culinary (regional breakfast and 4-course evening menu) starts on the day of arrival at 18:00 and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 (please inform us in time about intolerances!).

If you waive the evening meal, we will reimburse you € 12.00 per adult and day – for children € 6.00 per child and day. Deduction only possible with prior notification and not applicable to offers.

Free WLAN (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the hotel

We accept cash, debit card and credit card (except AMEX Diners).

We cannot promise room numbers and floors at the time of booking. Your wishes will be taken into account as best as possible. All rooms are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for heavily soiled rooms a final cleaning fee of at least € 150,- (up to the amount of the actual costs incurred).
