Things to know for your vacation at Sendlhof

Everything you need to know for your vacation with us in Tyrol at a glance.

Your room or suite will be ready for occupancy from 14:00. In case of arrival after 20:00 we ask for notification.

On the day of departure the room is at your disposal until 10:30 a.m.

After your reservation confirmation or online booking we ask for a deposit/transfer of € 250,00 per room.

Dogs are welcome – but not in all rooms. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, restaurant, bar and wellness area. For each dog we charge € 15,00 per day without food. Please bring your own blanket and basket. If necessary, final cleaning will be charged additionally.

Discount for children (with at least 1 full-paying guest):
0 until the age of 3 free of charge
4 until the age of 6: 50%.
7 until the age of 12: 30%.

No child discount for children in “own room”.

For a stay up to 2 days we charge a short night surcharge of € 10,00 per person and night.

The local tax is € 2,80 per person and day (as of June 2022). It is not included in the price! Persons up to the end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 15 are not subject to the tax.

Free parking in front of the hotel or in our underground garage subject to availability.

Our reservation department is at your disposal daily from 08:00 to 18:00!

Exceptions during the company vacation.

The visit in our pine panorama sauna is included in the price – sauna hours from 15:00 to 19:30 (changes are not excluded).

During your stay you will have a sauna bag with towels at your disposal. Bathrobes are not included, you can get them for a rental fee of € 10,- at the reception.

Our “Sendlhof Kulinarium” includes depending on booking (breakfast / half board) daily

from 07:30 – 10:00 our regional breakfast from the buffet

from 18:00 – 20:00 our 4-course dinner menu

Our cancellation conditions:

  • Within 7 days before arrival (100% of the total arrangement price)
  • Within 14 days before arrival (90% of the total arrangement price)
  • Within 21 days before arrival (70% of the total arrangement price)
  • Within 30 days before arrival (30% of the total arrangement price)
  • Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge!
  • in case of late arrival & early departure we charge the whole booking amount = 100% cancellation fee from the stay
  • The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply – General Terms and Conditions – PDF

Even if you don’t want it, something can always come up when you go on vacation. For this case you can

take out travel cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung.

The Sendlhof Culinary (regional breakfast and 4-course evening menu) starts on the day of arrival at 18:00 and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 (please inform us in time about intolerances!).

If you choose not to have the evening menu, we will reimburse you € 12,00 per adult per day – for children € 6,00 per child per day.

Free WLAN (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the hotel

We accept cash, debit card and credit card (except AMEX & Diners).

If you pay your hotel bill in cash (cash ONLY, no bank transfer/no EC card) on site, you will receive a 1% discount on the total amount. Excluded from the discount are deposits and vouchers.

We can not promise room and floor when you make your reservation. Of course we try to consider your wishes, if possible. All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
